Spalding Jobsfair - Advanced Notification
The aim of the Jobsfair is to promote local employers and for them to represent their industry within the local community. You do not need to have vacancies at the time, however feedback from the 400+ attendees last year, welcomed the opportunity to talk to company representatives face to face.

When the new owners first moved to Donington there
were a good mix of independent local shops which over the years have
closed or changed use.
The shop at 4 High Street had been empty for
over a year and the new owners started to think what they could with it. There
used to be a pet shop over the road and a greengrocers just around the corner
which is now an opticians. Because many other larger villages in Lincolnshire
have a pet shop and greengrocers the decision was made to open one in
Donington.
The new owners offer a local friendly service and they're
always on hand to deliver and take telephone orders. To make the buying process easy, they take both debit and credit cards.

are the exact words or phrases that browsers on the internet will type
into search engines such as Google to find your web pages. The idea is
to include your keywords or phrases on every page of your website so
that when someone types in that phrase, then your website will be found
for those keywords.As part of our re-branding, we've been busy updating the keywords and descriptions on the Drive By website. The work we've carried out could take up to 3 months or so to filter through but when it does people searching for, say, "web development company Spalding", we will be found.
Your website should have been designed and implemented to achieve a decent ranking in search engines for the core products and/or services for your business.
Here's some homework for you .....
Consider the TEN keywords that people would use on Internet Search Engines (e.g. Google) to find you/your business. You need to think about what are the words, phrases and locations that visitors to your site will use to find you and your business - we've mentioned here "location" because people often use location either before or after the keywords they are searching for. Type the keywords into your browser - is your business found?
If your website is not performing as you would expect, I hope this tip will help you do something about it because you could be losing business, if no-one can find you.

A lot has been going on in the Drive By Websites office because we've been very
busy with a much-needed website makeover - there's still work to do -
but it's coming on and our new website, at long last, now reflects our

During our brainstorming sessions, prior to the makeover, we felt it was important that we got our branding right to convey the message that, although a bit geeky, we're a friendly bunch and approachable. It's for this reason, we've included our little guy - Thomas - to the team. We're hopeful that Thomas conveys the fact that, yes, we are a dedicated, professional website development company, but with a bit of humour thrown in.
Have you changed your brand recently or thinking its time for a brand/website makeover. If so, do you need any help, because we will:
